Our service division is key to our business. Engaged primarily to support our photocopier and printer business they are vital for our customers, particularly in our hot and humid climate where electronic products generally suffer higher levels of breakdown than elsewhere unless special precautions are taken.
Most of our photocopier clients are on a managed service contract which allows us access to their machine on a monthly basis to carry out Preventative Maintenance servicing. This program replaces key parts on a planned basis and allows machines to perform to their best throughout their product life. It means higher availability and less worries for our clients and a clear understanding of running costs. We carry stock of many thousands of parts to keep our Ricoh and OKI machines in top condition and anything not to hand comes in weekly from New Zealand.
We also service other electronic items from other manufacturers and our range of skills is building in this area. Talk to us if you have something that has broken down!
